In “Latest Slider Posts” widget increase the value of “Slider rotation speed(frame/milisecond): ” field.

Thank you for this video! I purchased this theme a month ago, and have been unable to use it due to the fact that the shopping cart is not working. All of the items that are placed in the cart disappear when you go to checkout. My hosting company says it’s not a problem caused on their end and the Templatic team say that it’s not a problem on their end, which leaves me with a non-working $99 theme. Does anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks a lot.

Hi. Great tutorial. Would you be able to tell me where I can adjust the home page slider settings? Currently, they are changing too quickly and i would like to slow it down, but cant find where I would do that. Thanks.

@i5account2 You can install it several ways. The easiest with the new WordPress is to go to the home page on the front end while logged in (so you see the grey top bar) and go to Add New… Theme. Then click Upload. Select the theme (.zip file) from your computer and upload. WordPress will then extract and install the theme. Once complete it will prompt you to activate the theme, do so. At that point your theme will then be activated. I will suggest also installing dummy content to get started.

I find that Templatic has extremely poor support. I’ve purchased several of their themes and they take forever to answer a simple question and a few questions I never got answered such as how to change the header from simple blue to an image. You have to know code if you are going to use Templatic and expect to be frustrated.

@albabagpipes Thanks! If the image is more than 600px wide and 400px tall you should be good to go. If it is slightly taller then that’s OK but you don’t want it to be too think or too short or you will have extra white space.

hi there. Great video. I wonder if you can tell me how you get your images to automatically fit the product image space. Whenever i upload a product image it is too short and doesn’t fill the whole image space? Thanks
